Jennifer Jean is a certified life and confident mindset coach on a mission to empower children across the nation with unstoppable confidence. As the founder of Innovative Softworks, she developed the flagship "Confidence Matters" program and unique confidence-building curriculum to provide young learners with essential mindset and skill-building tools.
Born from her own powerful journey, Jennifer’s commitment to this work was inspired by the life-changing "why not" mindset her parents instilled in her from a young age. This foundation of self-belief guided her through a varied career as a computer scientist, teacher, and trainer. Today, Jennifer combines her professional expertise and personal story to deliver impactful, stepwise methodology that helps children nurture confidence at any stage, transforming the way they approach challenges in school, life, and beyond.
