Certified Teachers Wanted — Part-Time Opportunity
Join the Confidence Matters Virtual Academy team as a state-certified teacher. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for educators looking to earn extra income while making a positive impact on students.
All lesson plans are provided, so you can focus on what matters most: guiding, supporting, and encouraging students. The role takes place online during after-school hours and is designed to complement your existing school responsibilities.

Schedule: After-school hours
Expected Hours: 3 hours on 2–3 weekdays
Pay: $20–$30 per hour
Responsibilities
No outside preparation is required. Lesson plans are developed for students and provided to teachers.
Teach Confidence Matters students in a small-group setting.
Follow the Confidence Matters curriculum to guide students through each lesson.
Provide feedback and encouragement to help students grow.
Collaborate with staff to create an engaging classroom experience.
What We’re Looking For
Valid teaching certificate.
Experience teaching or tutoring elementary or middle school students.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Positive attitude and passion for education.
Education & Credentials
Bachelor’s degree.
Georgia teaching certificate — mandatory.
