Certified Teachers Wanted — Part-Time Opportunity

Join the Confidence Matters Virtual Academy team as a state-certified teacher. This flexible, part-time opportunity is ideal for educators looking to earn extra income while making a positive impact on students.

All lesson plans are provided, so you can focus on what matters most: guiding, supporting, and encouraging students. The role takes place online during after-school hours and is designed to complement your existing school responsibilities.

Job Details

• Location: Online

• Job Type: Part-time

• Schedule: After-school hours

• Expected Hours: 3 hours on 2–3 weekdays

• Pay: $20–$30 per hour

Responsibilities

No outside preparation is required. Lesson plans are developed for students and provided to teachers.

• Teach Confidence Matters students in a small-group setting.

• Follow the Confidence Matters curriculum to guide students through each lesson.

• Provide feedback and encouragement to help students grow.

• Collaborate with staff to create an engaging classroom experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid teaching certificate.

• Experience teaching or tutoring elementary or middle school students.

• Strong communication and classroom management skills.

• Positive attitude and passion for education.

Education & Credentials

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Teaching certificate — mandatory.
