Jennifer Jean founded Innovative Softworks to share the confidence she gained through her own life experiences. Encouraged by her parents to adopt a "why not" attitude from a young age, she navigated significant transitions including early public speaking, and careers as a computer scientist, teacher, and trainer. Jennifer developed the Confidence Matters Program to help children across the country build lasting confidence and face challenges with courage and resilience.
